You can reset your trading password directly from your Personal Area: 1. Log in and open the Accounts section. 2. Select the trading account for which you want to reset the password. 3. Create a new password following the requirements below: • Minimum 8 characters • Must include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one symbol. Important: • The reset applies to your MT5 (master) password. The investor (read-only) password remains unchanged. • For your security, never share your passwords with anyone, including GLEX representatives. • Password resets are processed instantly and take effect immediately in MetaTrader 5.
