What deposit and withdrawal methods are available?

We support a wide range of secure and convenient payment methods, depending on your country of residence and account currency: • Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major providers. • Bank transfers: local and international wire transfers in major currencies. • Electronic payment systems: selected e-wallets and alternative payment methods(availability may vary by region). • Cryptocurrencies: deposits and withdrawals in popular assets (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT), subject to blockchain confirmation and internal limits. Important notes: • The account holder’s name must match the name on the payment method used. • Transfers to or from third parties are not accepted. • Some payment options may be unavailable due to local regulations or service restrictions. How long does transaction processing take?

• Deposits: Deposits are processed automatically 24/7. In most cases, funds are credited instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days, and cryptocurrency deposits require the required number of blockchain confirmations before appearing in your account. • Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are also processed automatically 24/7. Most e-wallet and crypto withdrawals are completed within minutes, while card and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment system. Please note: • Withdrawals are available only to fully verified clients. Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

You can cancel a withdrawal request as long as it has not yet been processed by our payment system. To cancel, go to your Personal Area → Transactions → Withdrawals and click Cancel next to the pending request. Once cancellation is confirmed, funds will be instantly returned to your trading account balance. Please note: • After a withdrawal request is marked as “Processed”, it has already been transmitted to the payment provider and cannot be reversed. • If a withdrawal is under AML or security review, cancellation may be temporarily unavailable until the review is complete. Are there fees for financial transactions?

The company does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals made to the same payment details used for funding the account. If a withdrawal is requested to a different payment system or method, it may require the completion of a minimum trading volume before the request can be processed without additional charges. Information about your required trading volume and status is available in your Personal Area. Please note: • Bank or card providers may apply currency conversion or international transfer fees. • Blockchain network fees apply for cryptocurrency transactions. • The company reserves the right to pass on actual third-party processing costs if such are incurred. Can I withdraw funds to a different method than I used to deposit?

Withdrawals should normally be made using the same method and to the same account used for deposits (“return to source” principle). If your original method is unavailable, you may request an alternative method, subject to additional AML verification and possible turnover requirements.

What happens if my deposit didn’t appear in my account?

If your deposit does not appear within the expected time frame, please contact support@glexglobal.com and include: • The transaction ID or receipt, • The payment method • The amount and currency, and the date of transfer. Our finance team will investigate and update you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum or maximum withdrawal amount?

Yes. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depend on the selected payment method and are displayed in your Personal Area before confirmation. For large withdrawals, additional verification may be required.

What is the company’s refund policy?

Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases and only to the original payment source. Refund requests are reviewed by our finance and compliance teams according to the Deposit & Withdrawal Policy.
