How do I submit a complaint?

Submit your complaint via the client portal using the dedicated form. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

How long does complaint resolution take?

Standard resolution time is 10 business days. Complex cases may take up to 21 business days, and exceptionally complicated issues up to 90 days.

What should I do if my trade order was executed incorrectly?

Submit a complaint via the client portal no later than 3 business days following the incident.

Why is my account blocked?

An account may be temporarily blocked if provided identification data is incorrect or incomplete. To unblock your account, complete the verification procedure again.
